Jak to všechno začínalo

Společnost Adnow vznikla před 2 roky, když skupina digitálních geeků, nadšených idejemi používání digitálních médií, RTB a Big Data, rozhodla vytvořit nový hybridní formát nativní reklamy. Tento formát slouží k zobrazení reklamy a umožňuje snadně najít zajímavý a nejrelevantnější obsah pro každého uživatele. Vytvoření takového mechanismu je technicky náročné. Tento formát také poskytuje možnost použití tradičních média bannerů a nativní reklamy v rámci stejné reklamní kampaně, což představuje velkou výhodu pro klienty a agentury, zabývající se popularizací brendů. Vypracování prototypu reklamní platformy týmem Adnow trvalo víc, než rok, efektivita jejích algoritmů byla však vidět už na začátku. To všechno se uskutečnilo díky bohatým zkušenostem našich spoluzakladatelů, jíž v průběhu 10-14 let pracovali s RTB, Big Data a věnovali se koupím médií a kampaním Pay Per Click. Spojení zkušenosti a nadšení přispělo k přeměně této platformy na velice přesný mechanismus nativní reklamy.

V prosinci roku 2014, společnost Adnow začala aktivně pracovat s webmastery, v prosinci 2015 už byla platforma přístupná pro každého. Matematický modél a algoritmus platformy prošly změnami víc, než 12krát, díky zpětné vazbě ze strany našich klientů a partnerů.

2 roky už máme za sebou a v současné chvíli spolupracujeme s víc, než 150.000 partnery v 107 zemích, generujeme na 4 miliardy zobrazení. Jsme na tyto výsledky velice pyšní, ale dobře si uvědomujeme, že stále ještě existuje prostor ke zlepšení. Každý den pilně pracujeme, abychom zdokonalili algoritmus a produkt za účelem generace co nejvýššího příjmu pro obě strany: webmastery a inzerenty. Pracujeme na tom, abychom mohli svým klientům a partnerům nabídnout mnohem víc, než jiná reklamní sít’.

Vladimir leads Adnow’s worldwide operations driving the product development, sales and business development. He has an experience in building technology companies. Prior to joining Adnow, Vladimir held senior executive positions at High Technology Ad networks. Vladimir has two university degrees in "Computerised systems of information processing and management" and "Internet Industry Management".

Daria Baranova

Affiliate Director

Over 7 years of digital marketing experience in different fields. Was in charge of digital strategy for Sweden embassy and Global Blue Representative. Daria joined the Adnow team in 2015 as a Business Development Director and made a huge impact on the business acceleration in Europe. Daria got a Specialist degree in International relationship and E-business enterprise management, Master`s degree in Quality Management.

Rayees Wani

Sales Head Region Asia

Rayees has a 11 years of experience in Financial and Digital Marketing fields. Joined the Adnow team in 2015 as a Sales Head of Asian Region. Не is among the pioneers who introduced the concept of corporate sales strategy, division by Geo factor and sales team building, B2B development. Thanks to Rayees’s help the sales force of Adnow got new energy by the way of revolutionizing sales code and ethics like introduction of new processes, voice support system for clients. Currently Rayees is handling the responsibilities of Sales Head Asia Region with his strongly built team of sales and operation specialists.

Phạm Thành Trung

Head of Advertiser’s Department

Trung is one of the most rapidly advancing employees up the career ladder at AdNow. Starting as a sales manager in 2016 he introduced an innovative way of sales negotiations thereby increased the amount of partners and the quality of the cooperation with them. Phạm Thành Trung brought AdNow platform to the whole new level using his expert knowledge of the Asian market. He implemented campaigns optimization, timely customer support, optimized the negotiation process and cooperation with the major players on the market. Today he is holding one of the highest positions in AdNow, leading the company up to the top of the market.

Anzor Khalimov

Business Development Manager

Anzor has a 11 years of experience in developing IT solutions for advertising services, including RTB, Big Data and artificial intelligence. Joined the Adnow team in 2011 and in 2014 became a business development manager. Has a master`s degree in informatics. Volunteer, loves dogs.
